ART GUIDELINES: E-MAIL AND DISK
|
-
Always send (fax) a hardcopy of your art so we can compare the
two. If you do not send a faxed hardcopy, we will not be held responsible for
any errors on your artwork. Fax # 724-834-7748.
-
Please put your company name, address, phone number (with area
code), customer number, purchase order number and file name of the artwork on
all email artwork sent.
-
If your artwork is unidentifiable, it will be placed in a
temporary file until you provide us with the proper information to match your
artwork with your order. We are not responsible for delays in production due to
lack of information.
-
Please choose a file name that is related to the artwork such as your purchase
order number or your company name. Please do not name a file "Pens"
or "Pencils". This makes it more difficult to match it to your order.
For faster service, please include the name of the application
and version used to create the artwork.
We strongly urge you to
send all files in either .eps or .tiff format. All files must be Line Art, no
RGB or Greyscale files will be accepted. These types reproduce most efficiently
in order to give you the best results. Files in any other format may result in
a delay of your order.

ART GUIDELINES: CAMERA READY
Camera Ready Art is black and white art that is clean, color
separated and sized to fit. With camera ready art, the printer can set the
artwork on his camera table and shoot a plate from it without having to touch the
art that you gave them.
Art that has to be reduced, pasted up, reformatted in any way is not camera
ready and you may have to pay an extra charge for the job because of it.
Faxes, copies, and low quality computer printouts are not
considered camera ready. 600 DPI laser printouts will work in some instances.
